oil countertop coating for wood

Can I coat my wood kitchen countertop (to preserve the wood) with Behandla Oil (from IKEA). The ingredients of the oil are the following: tung oil, linseed oil, methylcellulose, lead free drying agent, plant based emulsifier and water. Thank You and Good Shabbos
