Coffee clarification

Question

Sorry, regarding the coffee prep: I am not talking about setting up a coffee machine on a timer, etc., as most of the posted questions on Shabbat coffee. I mean taking ground Turkish or roasted coffee and preparing it in a "French press" on Shabbat itself with water from the urn (I already asked several opinions on this device which said it was permissible, because it does not "borer" all the coffee grounds and/or we don't mind if the grounds get through the net, but would also appreciate hearing your thoughts on this too). ds
