is it possible that ashkinazim do not paskin like the shulchan aruch, (and maybe like the Rama,) and perhaps the sfardim do, which is why R abbadi permits eating all wrigleys gum and kosher chocolate bars even though there is no rabbinic supervision and the OU, or other hashgochos, do not.???? Secondly, why are restaurants obligated to have a mashgiach come in and spot check, while, according to what your saying, one is never needed by a wrigleys factory?
