coffee filter on shabbos

a while back it was posted by CYA that using a filter on top of a cup is permissable on shabbos with fresh coffee grounds and hot water. i spoke with your father who said that using such grounds is a problem of "bishul achar afiyah" and is asur even with a keli sheni. i have not seen a correction posted here yet. perhaps i have missed something?

Answered by Chaim Yisrael AbadiI originally said, not to pour directly from a kli rishon or urn. Tonight, I asked my father again and he said, "It is a safek and so you can even pour from a kli rishon". He said he'll explain it to you, when he gets back to eretz Yisrael CYA
