cooking on shabbos

Question

I forgot to warm up my meat on Shabbos. If this happens again, how can I warm it up? If it is fully cooked, can I put it on top of my shabbos urn? can I pour boiling water on it? Can I put it in a pot of boiling water (keili shlishi?), if it is in a container? Thank you for answering.
