Corn syrup

Question

Dear Rabbis, Why is the corn syrup batel berov in drinks? the first ingredient listed on the coke label is high fructose corn syrup. Have you caqlled them to find out exactly waht percentage of the drink is corn syrup? Besides, i know that you hold that corn is not kitnios anyway, but for those whose families won't allow them to have corn even in the house, let alone eat it, this is relevent.
