corn tortilla

Question

Rabbi A. I was looking at the corn tortillas at trader joes. All they contain is stone ground corn flour, water and a pinch of lime. I feel confident that the ingredents are all kosher, but what about the cooking of this product. I admit I'm still learning about this kind of thing, but does it matter who cooked the tortillas, who turned on the oven, etc. I appreciate all the help you've been.
