Crustaceans in Water

Question

I have been laughing like the other sane people about the bugs in NYC water. Just one quick check - The NY Times this morning had an article that there are in fact a few crustaceans that can be microscopically seen that come through in the NYC water. (BTW, water that has been determined to be so clean that it needs no filtering). Does seeing through a microscope render it being able to be seen and, therefore, problematically halachically?
