Question

is it important to start the Shemonah Esray exactly at neitz? Is it a proble if youre two minutes late?

The listed sunrise in most places is the start of sunrise. We wait two minutes afterwards deliberately, to reach the point where the full sun has risen. At that time, it is ideal to start praying immediately. AA
