Dairy and Shabbat
Question
1. How much milk in a product do you need for it to be regarded as "dairy" 2. If the community starts Shabbat at 7PM do I need to do so as well? 3. If they end Shabbat later than is halakhicaly required, do I need to do as as well.

Answered by Aaron Abadi1) if it's inedible, it doesn't count; otherwise more than 1/60th is Dairy 2) Not unless it is done specifically as a "Dvar Mitzvah," (with Religious intentions), however, it is usually done for scheduling conveniences, and that is not your problem. The concept is "Al Tifrosh Min Hatzibbur," don't separate from the group, which is specifically when they get together to do a Mitzvah. 3) Same... AA
