Deli

Question

Dear AA/CYA: I was at a food warehouse that sells kosher and non-kosher food. They keep separate deli-slicing machines one for meat and one for cheese for cleanliness purposes. The machines are right in front (not in the back like most places) and to the eye look very clean. Can I have them slice kosher cheese on the cheese machine.
