How long before Shabbat should I turn my hot water heater below 125 degrees, so that once Shabbat starts and I turn on the hot water, I am not cooking the new water that comes in?...

Answered by Chaim Yisrael AbadiAnytime. AA.. Please clarify, since If I turn the hot water down 5 minutes before Shabbat, the new water coming in will be cooked (I saw that CYA said to let the water run for 15 minutes, and this will bring it down to the proper temperature.)
