Designer Whey II

Question

Rabbi, You said that Designer Whey is kosher (cool!). You also said that it's parve. Why? It contains dried cream extract (dairy). Thank you.

It's not edible. They add stuff to make it survivable, but it's not edible. I don't know what little Miss Muffet was thinking.... AA
