Question

Sephardim pronounce the word B'ALMA that appears(twice) in Kaddish (B'ALMA DEE V'RA CHIRUSAY and DAAMIRAN B'ALMA V'IMRU AMEN) both M'lail (i.e. on the first syllable) and as a sh'va nach. Ashkenazim pronounce it m'lra (on the second syllable) and as a sh'va na. Who is right?
