Good Question. certainly it applies to Monetary Laws, but most other laws are required too. For example, laws like Traffic rules are a part of a working society. You cannot have a functioning society without it. AA If "functioning society" is the factor, then, would going through a red light at 3:00 AM..where traffic in non existent, permitted? LYA
