Question

Regarding chalav yisrael, these objections were raised -- 1 = the cow may have a cut ( or anatomical defect rendering it unkosher ). That disqualifies the milk from being kosher. 2 = the cow is in its last few months of life, but still able to produce milk. since the cow will die shortly, the milk being produced now is not OK. is this true ? how does halacha address this point ?

1) That problem was found in the "Chalav Yisrael" brands. Otherwise we follow the majority of non-cut animals. 2) Same 3) Yes; Aggressively! AA
