Dishwasher on Shabbos

In regard to your reply about using a dishwasher on Shabbos and Yom Tov via a time switch, is there not a problem on Shabbos of Bishul [cooking], in that the cold water will on Shabbos be heated to a very high temperature (usually 60C, but higher in some machines)? Obviously, it's not a problem on Yom Tov when cooking is permitted.
