kiddush and maariv early Shavuot

Question

Please clarify which aspects of Shavuot may be done early. May one make Kiddush early, and how early (P'lag?). Thank you.

You can make kiddush after Plag and then after the meal go daven Arvit with a regular Minyan. The earlier you are finished your meal, the earlier you can go learn. CYA
