DO-IT-YOURSELF KOSHER CRUISE

Question

Hi Rabbi, We're going on a cruise (Carnival) but they do not serve kosher meals. We are not allowed acces to the kitchen, so we cannot avoid bishul akum issues. I searched on the site for what we can eat. I was wondering if there's anything else besides: bread, fruit, vegetables (hold the lettuce and broccoli), chumus, jello, ice cream, lox, guacamole, veggie burgers, and tuna salad. Is that the list or is anything else acceptable? (what about pasta?) [have you ever been on a cruise? what advise do you have regarding the food and kashrut?] Thanks!
