Double Wrapping

Question

When, if ever, do you need to double wrap something. Is this concept in the Shulhan Arukh? If I am at a hotel and I want to cook something in the hotel oven what do I need to do. Can I simply put it in a tray and stick it in the oeven, do I have to cover it, etc.?

if the oven is clean, you can just put it in a kosher tray & stick it in the oven. AA
