Dunkin Donuts

Question

1= You've been asked what's the difference between the "Kosher Certified" Dunkin Donuts & non certified, and replied that one may eat regular type of donuts (found at certified branches). But on another occasion you sort of retracted this heter, and said you need to look into it more ? Have you had a chance to look into whether these donuts are kosher ? 2= Just to confirm, if they wear new gloves before serving you, and use a fresh piece of wax paper, and clean the cutting knife -- can one order a toasted bagel ( any kind ), with their DD O-U certified cream cheese ?
