Dunkin Donuts
Question
Answer
Answered by Aaron AbadiOnly if it gets a Chazakah to begin with. We cannot wish a Chazakah on something. AA >> Ok, isn't the VAAD of the five towns hashgocha, a chezkas kashrus?? Not long ago i was in an "out of town" community for shabos, and on Friday night that rabbi announced that he had pulled the hechsher from the local butcher shop. "But what about all the meat we bought for shabbos," the people asked. "No worries," said the Rabbi, "if you bought the meat before 5 pm, my hechsher was still in place, so do to the chezkas kashrus what you bought is considered kosher." Isn't it the same at the five towns dunkin donut. They have a hashgocha, from a valid and qualified certifying agency. Thus, it is ok. Right? If not, why?
