eatery open Shabbat

Question

If a resteraunt is owned by a Jew, and inspected and found to be completely kosher, and there is a mashchiach there Shabbat and sunday - friday, is it a problem if its open on Shabbat? The mashgiach is yotze venichnas, and stops in on Saturdays as well.

A restaurant owned by a non-observant Jew that serves meat, is very hard to watch and keep it Kosher without a full time Mashgiach and even then it's not easy. AA
