eating food cooked by nonobservant who keep kosher

Question

if someone who is not observant but keeps kosher inside and outside the house cooks me a meal, can i eat it, or is it like bishul akum and if they are relatives does it make a difference?

No problem of Bishul Akum on Jewish people, even if non-observant. AA
