Eating iin a restaurant of a non-Jew

Question

I want to make sure I did not misunderstand from the Laws page regarding eating food from a restaurant of a non-jew. I work in the Paramus, NJ area and there is an RCBC supervised Chinese takeout in neighboring Fair Lawn. I am concerned, since the restaurant is not owned by Jews, but a Jew is the mashgiach, and the mashgiach of course, lights the flames etc. Am I allowed to eat food from this establishment? I have come to know the owner and he is the exclusive owner, with no Jewish partners at all.
