Question

I have noticed on your Q & A's that you mentioned that skittles are Kosher here because in the UK they pay for a hashgaha and here they do not! but during a later response you mentioned that certain products like corn pops and fruity pebbles are only kosher for passover when made in the US. Doesn't that imply that those items made in different countries and manufacturing plants may have different ingredients?? (
