Eclipse Flash Strips and Chap stick

Question

Hello Rabbi, I would like to know if Eclipse Flash Strips (breath strips) are good for Pesach. The ingredients are sodium alginate, maltodextrin, natural and artificial flavors, water, carrageenan, cellulose gel, glycerol, sucralose, hydroxylated soy lecithin, and blue 1 IAKE. I'm not familiar with the ingredients and what goes into them. Also, is chap stick considered a health and beauty product? Or is it suitable for achila because it does get consumed while on your lips and therefore must be kosher? Thanks Marc
