Edy's ice cream

Question

Some are kosher OU, others are not. Here's the ingredients of one that isn't: Milk, cream, skim milk, sugar, miniature marshmallows (corn syrup, sugar, modified corn starch, water, gelatin), roasted almonds (almonds, partially hydrogenated soybean oil), corn syrup, cocoa processed with alkali, cllulose gum, mono and diglycerides, guar gum, carrageenan, dextrose. Seems the marshmallows might be the problem, aka gelatin. What do you think?
