Eggs

Question

I don't know, I am seeing lots of OU's on egg boxes. How many mashgichim do you think are in the plants??? I just wish they would put ONE (just one) mashgiah in the Organic Valley or Horizon Organic Cottage Cheese plant. It would be so nice to have kosher cottage cheese without RBST that is available in virtually every supermarket in America. Do you think the OU will ever decide to start supervising cottage cheese??
