Question

---- Everyone must drink only Chalav Yisrael. It turns out that all milk in the USA & Canada etc, are considered Chalav Yisrael. ---- Is that really accurate? Or is it the inverse. i.e. we can't drink chalav akum, but all milk in the USA is not considered chalav akum, but chalav stam. chalav yisrael having a different status.

There is no Chalav Stam. There is Yayin Stam, but the term Chalav Stam is not in Shulchan Aruch. Kosher milk is what is required. AA
