Electric stove 2

Question

If someone has an electric stove that has a glass over all the burners, I was told that putting a Blech on it on Shabbat will crack the glass. What can you do? Is it enough to cover the knobs? Thank you

Covering the knobs doesn't do it. Try putting several pieces of Aluminum Foil. AA
