Electric water filter

Question

I have an electric water filter. It uses a carbon cartridge, UV light and ozone. The UV light and the ozone require electricity. When you turn the water on, the electric part of the filter goes on. Can this be used on Shabat? There is a biger version of this filter that connects to the whole house. Can this one be used on Shabat as well? Thank you.

How confident are you that it goes on instantly verses having a short delay? Do you have a website at which we can look at this product. AA
