Answered by Rabbi AbadiNo need to clean the knife. You can clean the raw fish at home by yourself. You can rely on the merchant if they have no reason to lie. For example, the guy at Shop Rite who fillets the fish is certainly not going to put the wrong name on a fish to fool...
