natural cough medicine

Kevod Harav, My cleaning lady brought me a natural cough medicine syrup made of watercress, onions, radishes, honey, omega 3, and omega 6. It also says "reinforced with natural vitamins and proteins". It's produced by Alopecil Corporation, C. x A. It's made in the Dominican Republic. Is there any problem with kashrut for this product? I would like to use it for my child. (The lady says it works better than anything the doctor prescribed.) Thank you!
