Question

1) May one shave with a razor blade on the neck. 2) What is considered the neck? 3) I heard that there is a Rosh prohibitting one from shaving on the adams apple because it may be one of the 5 corners. Do we have to hold safek deoraita lechumra on this issue? 4) Is one allowed to use a razor blade on other parts of the body as long as its not the face?
