Fish

Question

Thank you for answering my question about buying filleted fish at a non-kosher market- you are right and I have no doubt that few would disagree that that one needn't look for an OU on a fish from the ocean- but how do I deal with the issues of the fish monger using a treif knife (that he has probably used to dice lobster) to cut my fish-again- this isn't for me- I'm just picturing my "straight" friends hearing that I did this and burning a (well you get the pic) in my yard... I guess my question is- what are we relying on to be able to trust their knife and cutting boards and scales? Thanks, Ezra
