Question
Is it permissible to buy filleted fish from a fancy fish store? I understand why one can do that from the local supermarket,, but if you buy from a fancy store, where the owner is behind the counter, do we have to fear that he might substitute a different sort of fish?

Answered by Chaim Yisrael Abadiyou need to make sure to watch him take the fish with fins and scales and fillet it up or he should leave a small piece of scales on each piece if you can't do it. CYA
