fish and barbecue

Question

Can I buy fish at a regular supermarket fish department ? Also what is the status of swordfish? Finally Can I use my barbecue for meat, and then several days later barbecue fish with butter on it? Do I have to do anything special such as let the barbecue run for a bit when. What is stuck to the grilling grates is burn beyond being edible. Once again thank you

Yes... No idea... It's a hard question to answer, because I cannot understand the facts. Do you not clean the grill between uses? Are there pieces of 3 day old meat stuck to your grill? Do you often grill with butter? Etc. Etc... Aaron Abadi
