Folding

Question

Whats the halacha with folding clothes on shabbat? I heard that u cant fold up clothes but you can hang them up on hangers. Is that right or totally wrong? Also what about folding up a tallit?

You can fold clothes on Shabbat & a Tallit. Those people read the Shulchan Aruch, but don't know what they're reading. AA
