Once it comes out of the pot or urn, you can mix the water or soup. AA " I'm a little confused, and I want to understand this correctly. Can I take a cup with instant coffee or an instant noodle soup cup, and pour hot water into it directly from an electric hot water urn, without first pouring the hot water into a different cup? (When I was in yeshiva I'd see guys pour the water into one cup, and then into another. ) If the answer to the above question is yes, is that because the water is no longer boiling and not considered cooking?
