Foods cooked before Pesach

Question

I have prepared foods in my freezer and refrigerator that contain kosher l'pesach ingredients but were prepared in a kitchen and with utensils that were not koshered. Questions: 1.Do they need to be sold with the rest of the hametz? 2.If not, can they be used on the holiday (because of the rule of nullification 1/60 before the hag?

Was it done delibirately to be Mevatel the Chametz? Was the utensil certainly used for Chametz within 24 hours prior? If either of these are no, you're OK AA
