Question

When can I eat fruit from a fruit tree planted Chutz La'Aretz? Is there an issue of Arlah? Thank you.

Arlah does apply in Chutz LaAretz, but a Safek of Arlah is OK in Chutz LAaretz. Arlah is for the first three years. The Halachot can be found in Shulchan Aruch Yoreh Deah Chelek Gimel. Aaron Abadi
