Question

If people don't hold of Rav Chaim Ozer heter.That means if they use from a kosher animal[which sechtah &kosher right]or from fish there be other problem like milk and meat or fish & meat , if one eats or cooks any of this together? I hope everyabody agreeies to the fact that inside of bones of any animal has no tam and it is motar.How can one argue on Rav Chaim Ozer ZT'L? You got to have big plasaes for that.
