Gluten Free

Question

Dear Rabbi's My daughter has a gluten free allergy and we have just recently placed her on this gluten free diet. I remember from your foru last year that all gluten free products are kosher for pesah PROVIDED THAT THERE ARE NO OATS IN THE INGRIEDIENTS. As Oats do not neccesarily cntain gluten (that would affect my childs allergy) but can become Hamez. Please let me know if this assumption is correct. Best Regards and Hag Samayah! Rabbi T.
