Gluten Free Bread

Question

If someone is allergic to gluten what options do they have in so far as the fulfillment of shalosh seudos on shabbos and the eating of matza on pesah. I am aware of gluten free bread but I do not know if it still is HaMotzi and how to determine if that product if kosher. Thank you, Yehuda

Gluten Free bread is from other sources & is not usually Hamotzie. If one cannot eat bread, then eat something else. AA
