Deep Fryer - Clarification please

Question

Would you please clarify for me. A previous post had this question and your response. Question - We have a deep fryer that we currently only use for pareve things. If we wanted to fry chicken in the fryer would it then become meat? Or would only the oil become meat? Response - It would be meat, but it is easy to Kasher by frying pareve in it afterwards. AA Is there a difference between the first pareve "batch" fried in the fryer after frying the meat and subsequent batches? For example, if fresh oil was used for each batch; * Would I be correct to assume that the 1st batch would be pareve but considered to have been cooked in a meat "keli" and therefore the fried food can not be eaten directly with dairy. * Would the 2nd batch be considered completely pareve - no restriction on what it can be eaten directly with? * Could a 3rd batch include a dairy ingredient to be fried? * Could this then be followed by a few pareve batches than eventually back to meat, and so on? Thank you for your dedication to our torah. I was studying recently with my son and we came across the pasuk... "Lo tosifu al hadavar asher anochi metzave etchem, v'lo tigre'u mimenu". I immediately thought of your father, you, and the focus you strive to maintain on this site. tizkeh la'asoth
