God's name on the screen
Question
I have another question for the Rabbi. I am aware of a law that it is forbidden to write the name of God and then destroy it. #1 - Does this apply to God's name on the computer screen? #2 - Does this apply to God's name printed by a printer, not by hand (or silkscreen!!!) #3 - If God's name is written on the screen, may that screen be brought into the bathroom while God's name still appears on the screen (like in a palm pilot) #4 - Is one of the names that may not be destroyed (certainly when handprinted anyway) the 3 letter word "God"? #5 - If "God" is one of those names, can one bring coins into the bathroom that have printed on them "In God We Trust" #6 - Does the coin which says "In God We Trust" reffer to an avoda zara and therefore require destruction Thank you for your attention to these questions. I always look forward to your insightful replies!
