Oops. Correct! My bad! Also, about the picnic question and pseik reisha for the netilat yadaim over the grass on Shabbat. You said it's not permitted because we are happy that the grass will grow better and thus it is neicha lei. So, what if it's not your grass. What if you are sitting in a public park?

Halachically it is not OK. I only mentioned the Pesik Reisha issue in response to the questioner assuming it was not. We are stricter with a Pesik Reisha on a Melachah Deoraita. AA
