Grape juice

Question

It is true that all grape juices such as Welch's are pasteurized, but in your Jewish law section you say that if it's touched prior to this it is forbidden. So isn't that a problem with Welch's and others -- they make the grape juice and then pasteurize it, but non-Jews come into contact with it before it is made "mevushal"

It gets cooked prior to the liquid being separated from the solid. In order to be Yayin Stam and be prohibited, it must be touched or poured after the wine is separated. This is "Mevushal" prior to any chance of it becoming not kosher. AA
