Grease

Question

How do we know that the companies don't use grease mixed with animal fat to grease the pans. This is not an ingredient of the food, and therefore according to the FDA wouldn't need to be listed in the ingredients.

The FDA requires it to be listed if even a minute amount exists in the product, unless it is "trace" ingredient that is less than _parts per million. Look at our FAQ's page. AA
